I would like to compliment and highly recommend a fantastic Tour Guide, Miss Pinky who looked after myself and a co-traveller during our visit to Vietnam over the Festive Season.

After a disappointing experience with our Hanoi Guide, Miss Pinky (who picked us up from Danang Airport) completely turned the situation around with her finesse, knowledge and compassion.

My Friend was injured from a fall in Hanoi. Miss Pinky went out of her way to ensure that my friend was perfectly administered and cared for by the local Hospital. She stayed and cared for her way over her allotted roster to ensure my friend received the best care and advice. Then, Miss Pinky kindly escorted my friend safely back to our Hotel. I believe she worked over 16 hours that one day...amazing...

My friend was diagnosed with a broken wrist and had to return back to Australia. Pinky ensured my friend's journey home went to plan. Continuing the journey on my own, Miss Pinky made me feel at ease and was so super informative of the local area surrounds.

Pinky made my solo journey a delight. Thanks to her to her friendly nature and sincerity. Saying Goodbye to her was like leaving a life time friend.

She is by far the best Guide I have ever encountered in all of my lifetime travels (of which there are many)
